That kind of explains the last Torchwood season. I remember them sharing very little screen time. But I'm not sure TW really needs a come back.

It started pretty strong, but didn't end very well. But I think if they rebooted it and went more with the Tooth and Claw origin of Torchwood being against The Doctor.
