My understanding is that newer Blu-ray players capable of running 4K HDR can play at 60fps

But then, there are only a handful of movies to ever be shot in 48 or 60fps, and only two of them (Billy Lynn's Long Halftime Walk and Gemini Man) have been released on 4K HDR, but at 60fps. There's never been a movie shot in 48fps released on home video in 4K HDR and 48fps to this point.
