for $400k at best she's on the very edge of Edmonton, and '30 minutes south of the city' sounds more like Leduc or Beaumont. I kind of get why she might think Leduc is to Edmonton as Mississauga is to Toronto, but like 2 minutes of googling should dispel that notion.

for an American corollary imagine moving from Queens to Provo and being surprised the scene isn't the same.
