It's called AWIL. ARINC Women in Leadership.

You could do WILL Women in Lawfirm Leadership or Women in Litigative Leadership.

A quick note though. I went a bunch of the AWIL meetings (audio visual support), and either nothing ever seemed to get done, or they had just had "inspiring" speakers.
