she sounds like a typical sweet old lady who just sort of went along with what she thought she should be doing.

i'm sure she was terrified, it's horrible, but i would never put an elderly relative in the situation. also, did you see that itinerary? as if SOMETHING wasn't going to go wrong with that many legs.
