Hey colin (or anyone else), what size kitchenaid do you have? GF wants one but we don't really bake a lot. -- (edited)

Though I'm sure with a kitchen aid we would do more baking.
I'm thinking the artisan mini will be fine, but don't want to screw myself.

What all do you use it for? I have trouble mentally visualizing quarts and what that translates in to for food. -- nm

Most used to knead bread with the hook attachment, but I use it for baking throughout the year as well
