but also - whatever the entry level jobs are now vs then, i could live here with my crap salary out of university.

i had two roommates but we had a big three bedroom apartment in a nice neighbourhood and i was making garbage money when i moved here.
No WAY three entry level people could afford that same apartment today. *I* probably couldn't afford it (it was really nice, laundry, dining room, fireplace...)
