No. Explain your reasoning. Why is this is a big issue now, when an even bigger and older debt remains unpaid by the "other side"?

Either this is an issue, which means that the older and bigger debt is a BIGGER issue that must be explored - or it is not an issue, which means that neither debt is an issue.
