That's just my very strong advice, it's by no means blaming any of the passengers for injuries, and I hope everyone is okay.

But this happens sometimes, especially (it seems) over the oceans. Not all the time or anything, but this is not a one-off either.

Avoid taking chances. Stay belted if seated.
