Muscle cars used to get 7 mpg and could only drive an hour before you had to refill at top speed. Same shit there.
I don't give a shit about speed (the Bolt is hard limited) but there are those that do. Different strokes and let a thousand flowers bloom and all that. People are very quick to care about shit for EVs that applies to every single other car too, for some reason.
(And batteries and charging will only get better)
