I have over a dozen but I really only use maybe 3 regularly (except for my cheese decks - more IM) -- (edited)

Note I am collector level 940 now
Primary deck: Arnim Zola 6/0 - destroys a card and dupes it to other two locations. I run this with Giganto (14 power left lane only) and the Dinosaur combined with Magik (makes game turn 7) to give me a few options. Tends to surprise but gets wrecked by Shang Chi (as do a lot of decks). I have the most fun with this because it seems to surprise people in the end. I'm seeing the main card used a bit more so it's not unheard of, just not meta
Secondary: Move deck. Typical stuff. Multiple man, vulture, dr. strange, and the big guy
Also: Destroy deck. I got Death recently so been working on this. I also recently got Patriot so been playing sometimes with a deck of non-powered cards (hulk, etc.) and then also using Enchantress to strip powers from other cards.
My cheese deck is all 2 cost cards to knock out the missions where you have to play 2 cost cards, stuff like that. I also have a deck full of just "new" cards to me with low upgrade costs to jump my collector level up even if I lose games.
