He is tricksy. He only affects your deck not your hand so it's max 2 cards unless you sneak him out early with Jubilee.

Ideally, you draw him by turn 4 and Jane Foster is already in your hand. Mr. Negative on 4, Jane on 5 to add all those newly minted 0-cost cards to your hand, then flood the board on 6. It's cool when it happens, but does feel like you need a lot of things to go right.
