I think I'm willing to argue that *all* orals should be available in audio live & archive immediately, which is better than video

because the audio makes you focus on the argument. The video bias really doesn't hold much weight though when you have lawyers there arguing in person. If text-only or audio-only were better we could do it all by conference call.
