It's like Full Metal Jacket or Stripes (though different genres); one giant part of the film is classic and rewatchable.

The rest is meh.
I could turn off FMJ and Stripes after both Boot Camps and they're solid.
I could turn on Home Alone watch all the scenes of Harry & Marv trying to get into the house. It's classic Road Runner vs Coyote or Tom vs Jerry. The rest is meh.
