When we drive down to Miami, we are always looking for them in the grass on the sides of the tollway, but they've been absent lately.

I think they did a mass extermination at some point, because we used to see them all over the side of the roads, but the last 2-3 times I think we saw *maybe* one or two.
I don't think they come up much more North than the greater-Miami area (like up to maybe Jupiter or so).
