LYC: we've starting going to Costco on Monday. For the past 3 weeks now we've found a nice hack for sandwich meat / suppers

we'll either buy a rottesserie chicken or one of the hams (not the massive one with a bone, smaller and all meat).
the chicken we bring home and immediately take the meat off and out in fridge. The last one we got 2 suppers (chicken and rice and a casserole PLUS a number of chicken sandwiches out of for $8).
The ham we cook the next day, have for supper, and then either have for a second supper or keep the rest for sandwich meat. We can get sandwiches for about a week plus the supper(s) (here they are ~$14-$15) and buying shitty processed meats like we used to would run us that easy.
