Blanc actually chastises us for false leads and misdirection in the movie, but I was watching the whole time for clues and Rian has fun with it. There are definitely some misdirections. But I saw when Miles gave Duke the drink. I caught it from the moment it happened, so when Miles says that Duke took his drink, I knew he was lying.
