In hindsight, FH and I had a bit of a Christmas miracle as her flight from Burbank to Sacramento on Christmas actually happened

At the time, we were grumbling about the delay as her plane left nearly three hours late and technically it wasn't Christmas by the time I picked her up in Sacramento

But the flight did happen and I think that was the only Burbank to Sacramento flight (out of four?) that wasn't cancelled on Christmas

I'd driven to my parents on Christmas eve so we drove back so she wasn't caught up in the current Southwest no California flights thing currently going on.
