because managing subscriptions through Apple, there is no Hulu bundle upgrade option and Apple’s position is you have to sign up separately for Hulu as its own app. which… why have the bundle?

Disney can’t apparently locate the email my dad uses as his Apple ID when I call them to upgrade to the bundle directly, which I don’t know why that would be but also their call center is clearly somewhere in South Asia and zero confidence that they’re getting the spelling correct

it’s a shitty way to make earning more money extra complicated
