some people checked beyond what they needed for a few days, and the luggage mess

plus weather complicating things has made things extra bad as far as getting emergency supplies from pharmacies.
diabetics have an exemption for insulin volume and some supplies, but there are still limits; and other drugs and devices aren’t necessarily all carryonable.
