I can add services online but can't remove services. Fortunately this time it was painless.

He offered me a $10/month discount for 6 months, which would have made up for the increase... for 6 months. But it wouldn't have offset the $20/month discount that was expiring in March. So I'm done with live TV. Except, of course, I get live TV with Paramount+ (CBS) and Peacock (NBC) and I'll look into OTA.
