I wish it wasn't going to be raining here. Some grilled chops are always delicious.

A little salt and pepper and garlic powder, maybe a little paprika. A light spray of the avocado oil and let it sit in the fridge for a few hours. Then throw that bad boy on the grill to sear it and then move it to the cooler side to finish. So yum.
