1 - I wonder if this guy really is doing any repairs or if he's just some thrill seeker.
2 - For those safety lines to be meaningful, he needs two, so when he unbuckles one, the other is still buckled.
3 - I bet that's not OSHA compliant. That might fly in China, but it wouldn't pass muster here.
