Anecdotally, the parks feel like they are at pre-pandemic levels as you walk around. But the wait times have all been elevated since they introduced Genie+. That could all be falsely inflated of course.
In our experience we have done fewer (or sometimes different) attractions in our last couple of visits. For example, today we hit 4 attractions, 2 counter services, and saw part of the Festival of Fantasy parade. That sounds like a pretty full morning but they were mostly low popularity items.
I simply won't stand in line for an hour
