Dems list of concessions for any brokered vote (which they have no incentive to seek anyway) would look quite different from the Freedom Caucus's

if you wanted to actually rescue the handful of new GOP House members who got elected in Biden majority districts (basically the New Yorkers not named George Santos), you would get agreements for a clean debt limit raising and no bullshit committee investigations
