i wouldn't. mcafee is not particularly reliable over other services and i wouldn't trust them on any of those services.

and given their age and marketing budget, you're getting a pretty bad value. i'd shop all those independently.
microsoft protection that comes with windows is good (and free)
keeper is a great password locker.
VPN..well... there are opinions here. i usually just buy as needed.
