Well, in the case of the VPN, my main reason for recommending that one is because it helps to fund the Mozilla Foundation. And also because it works.

I'd go with NordVPN because it is cheaper than Mozilla and it sponsors Critical Role. David and zeit were sillier in that thread than me just now -- nm

i will say, i only pay for Mulvad when i need a VPN, so about 2 or 3 times a year. it's a good option for occasional access, like during a sporting ev -- nm
