I hate sauerkraut the way only someone who grew up with it can.

There is an asian influenced version I've liked. Not sure if it was Filipino or Korean. Someone doctored a local church's Oktober fest offering. -- nm*

That would be interesting. I'm out of kimchi, but I thought about doctoring the kraut with gochujang sauce. However straight up is just fine :) -- nm
