Short Answer: Unfortunately, no. And folks below got the major points, but there is one small twist that *could've* allowed this.

I don't think it's as much a Constitutional question as it is a rules of procedure question.

If the Senate for the 117th Session of Congress were still in session, then the Senate could pick up and consider legislation that the House passed (in the 117th) as long as they followed Senate rules.

But the 117th Senate adjourned sine die on December 22nd; that ended their session. I suppose there is a way to reconsider that vote to adjourn sine die, but that would be a long shot to say the least.
