elbow on my desk (ala Thinking Man) especially when reading articles or something
Sitting back in my chair with more proper posture is taking a lot of effort

Kinda though they haven't called it that yet. Started as very painful shoulder then settled in my elbow. Pain is mostly gone but lingering

Sounds a little different. For those three fingers it's usually carpal tunnel.
