Okay, I have a food safety related question, about hot chocolate mix.

I have a small packet of hot chocolate left over from a Christmas present. Peppermint flavour. When I opened it this morning, instead of only being a powder, parts of it had clumped up. This suggests to me that moisture got into the packet at some point.
So the question is: does that sound like something that would still be safe to drink?
