At what point do the Dems bail out the GOP and nominate a moderate Republican? Are there any moderate Republicans left in Congress?

At some point, McCarthy goes down and gets replaced by someone worse or he concedes so much that the “Freedom Caucus” ends up running all the committees. It’s all fun and games until the Nazis take over.
