Yeah, that was a huge annoyance to me when I worked retail.

The worst thing was that about 3/4 of the calls were actually from other stores seeing if we had merchandise they were looking for (in another size, whatever) and they'd keep calling and calling if we didn't answer. Go make a sale or something and call back later.
