I worked outdoors over the holidays and wore two pairs of gloves. When you say "use your fingers" I assume on a phone?

I wore a thin wool glove under more traditional leather and fabric gloves. Very effective but I couldn't work a phone without taking at least the outer glove off.
Point is, the two layers made a big difference. And occasional use of hand warmers.
