Methodology: I take the actual win total for a given team compared to the line. So if Philly's line was 9.5 and they won 4 games, a pick of PHI OVER is worth -5.5 and a pick of PHI UNDER is worth 5.5. Each contestant's total is the sum of the outcome of each of their 4 individual selections.
First the nut: 19.5 points (13 last season) consisting of PHI OVER for +4.5 (no one had it) plus either of KC, MIN, or SEA OVER for +3.5 (Volnelk had MIN and VMan had SEA UNDER - ouch), and IND UNDER for +6 (no one had it, but Vman had it OVER - ouch) plus LAR UNDER for +5.5 (no one had it).
I am your winner with the relatively low score of +11 (although better than last year's winning score, this year's nut was a lot higher so points left on the table).
Winner Analysis:
Rollo +11 (BAL and JAX OVER, DEN and GB UNDER) - though not the nut, Denver's +5 UNDER bet was the highest individual score and nearly half of my total. I was also 1 of 2 players who scored + points on all 4 picks, which is obviously a big factor in the win.
