You can make chicken cordon bleu at home. Instead, you want to be able to drop schupfnudeln in conversation.

If I was still a red meat eater, I'd go for Veal tenderloin with cheese crust and jus, schupfnudeln and marinated fava beans. Mainly because 1) I don't ever recall having veal, though I probably have; 2) schupfnudeln is a fun word; and 3) if I was getting fava beans, I'd ask the flight attendant for a nice chianti. That is still a pairing I haven't had yet.
Since I'm trying to become a pescetarian, I'd order Perch fillets with lemon butter, boiled potatoes and spinach with cream (Traditional Swiss). There is a lot of perch available to catch here and seeing different preparations for it wouldn't hurt.
