Anyone used BargainNetwork or any of the other sites that say give you a list of foreclosures for a fee?

I have access to MLS listings but these sites list new foreclosed properties that aren't on the MLS. To see more details you need to sign up. Just wondering if this stuff is for real or not. Not sure why it wouldn't be on the official MLS.
Any ideas? Thanks!

go to your county's recording office, hall of records, etc, notices of foreclosure auctions are posted there, MLS is a commissioned fee with contracts -- nm
