How does one find an online pharm that isn't a scam, selling whatever crap from India? Mom's Medicare won't supply anything but generic

Her preferred blood pressure med is micardis, they only give her telmisartan. Before we got it at Costco for $40. Didn't realize that was the co-pay price. When we tried to pay out of pocket, they said a 3 month supply was 500
