Seeing stuff from yesterday saying there was a blink. Also, DnD needs CR more than CR needs DnD ...

WOTC/Hasbro put off a press conference or such that was supposed to officially announce the new OGL after GinnyDi (she's great) did a call to arms for people to cancel their recurring payments for DNDBeyond.
After that, the subscription page was saying server error but many think it was deliberately taken down (which apparently is illegal).
I can totally see CR going to another system in the next campaign (possibly their own that they want to highlight for sales or something else that they would get paid to use). I can see a bunch of their audience at least thinking about switching as well and some actually doing it. It happened when they changed from Pathfinder. If Mercer says that he will be releasing content on the other system, it could be a deciding factor.
Still, most will stick with DnD (5e not One) but likely won't buy much official campaign material.
