I was reading an article in The Guardian by Adrian Chiles and he wrote about how he can't help but drop juicy facts into conversations.

The current fact that he's sharing is that Americans eat hardly any lamb.
I don't see it for sale unless you go to a butcher and even then they don't always have it. You can get it if you order it as my family would eat a whole lamb on Easter and I'd have to carry home the bags from the salumeria.
But I don't know anyone that eats lamb regularly.
