Why we're screwed: at the exact moment the manager was filling out an "action plan" on ways to reduce shrink in certain areas...

three women entered the store and wiped out a large section of skin care. At least a grand, maybe two worth of merchandise. He's now including "less ridiculous paperwork" on the action plan. Companies these days fail to see the forest for the trees. Loss prevention exists entirely to go after the employees and not the scum of the earth customers who steal. It's so ass backwards.
