Salespeople, I’ve found as a whole, are terrible at even the tiniest detail if it doesn’t pertain to units being sold.

“Hey can you answer this email?” Is an email I’ll get, daily, from salespeople
And I have to find variations of ways to say, “As the sales person, this is something you should know…which is why the vendor is asking you, directly.”
