I wound up on the yelp page for an airline and it was primarily 1 star review after 1 star review. Is this normal?

This is what I was thinking. I haven't compared to other airline yelp reviews so I don't know if this one aligns or not.

I can't even guess at what a perfect airline rating would look like. Even a non eventful flight would only get 2 stars from me.
