This is what I was thinking. I haven't compared to other airline yelp reviews so I don't know if this one aligns or not.

There is of course some of the normal

'NEVER FLYING THEM AGAIN THEY CANCELED MY FLIGHT / DELAYED BY FLIGHT 4 HOURS!!!!!!'

which of course stinks, but it happens. I won't avoid an airline because of on cancellation.

But the customer service also sounds poor.

Regardless, if I fly this airline it will probably be on codeshare through one of regular US airlines so the US airline would need to deal with any issues prior to day of travel (schedule changes, etc) and I would not have to contact this airline's customer service.
