I'll be honest, as a supporter, the "If you aren't a supporter, you're a bigot!" argument bothers the hell out of me because I can think of at least a one good legal reason to oppose opening up the definition that has nothing to do with discomfort at the thought on Joe sticking his dick in Stan.
