Huh? For recruiting violations? Nah. He's been suspended along with other penalties for the violations.

It doesn't excuse what they did but nearly everything they're accused of doing is now legal in college sports. Still, it wasn't when they did it so there needs to be punishment which the school has already self imposed though there will likely be more coming.
