I think probably. F B I are evil, but at they are consistent jabber takers. Additionally, body double is taller and covers his eyes & lower face -- (edited)

No one is happy to see him (no smiles or happy greetings, like the REAL DAMAR, would get) and no one is allowed to get a clear shot of his face, etc.
