Why is Pence less worrisome than Biden? Bidens stuff was at least 6 years old. Pence's no older than 6 years.

And both found it and immediately reported it.
Having it isn't good, but if it's inadvertant there's not likely to be much in the way of consequences.
Trump kept specific items on purpose and fought and lied to keep them and obstructed the retrieval of them.
