Wait. So he bought the 99 year deal on the Disneyland Hotel cause he was worried about what could happen there but then granted a 99 year lease

Granted Disney has a say in things and get a cut but still

The Disneyland Hotel thing happened because he went broke building the park. Jack Wrather was the only person who saw the benefits of the hotel.
