Just use it, cook bacon, remember "sticking" is part of cooking. Stuff will stick but release itself when ready -- nm

i figured it was basically like how we treat our cast iron... wipe clean, maybe scrub with water if there is something persistent, but mostly just let

the one we got is nice.. very heavy, all metal. i'm guessing i'll need to just cook with a towel since that handle will heat up. -- nm
